Every year the Investor Forum, hosted by Canadian Real Estate Wealth Magazine, accepts nominations from across Canada. The award is given to:
The individual that has developed new and dynamic ways of attracting the most profitable joint venture partnerships with other investors in Canada.
This year, I was happy and surprised to not only be a finalist, but ultimately to win. JV of the year is one of the most competitive categories, and it was one of the busiest years in real estate they’ve ever had.
